Lovely warm day

Superb course (one I'll come back and have a race at sometime)

Met a whole bunch of people

Ran in disguise

and 'paced' reasonably well to a 12 minute PB

Have only run the Stairs since - and am racing again on Sunday - will just have to see how that goes
Base building for Spring Marathon begins in earnest after this weekend
