Take Every Opportunity To.....

Live your life.
Because every now and again something happens to make you realise that our hold on life is, at the very best, tenuous.
The little things that seems so big and important - put them in their rightful place, appropriately filed under "This doesn't really matter"
The petty little self-absorbed irrelevances - put them aside, and climb out of the pit of wallowing self-pity (that most of us have to some degree or other)
Take a look around, at the many wonderful things that life affords you.
And hope that you'll be able to see them again tomorrow.

And then spare a though for the new husband of someone who was full of life - was one of the loveliest people I've had the pleasure to work with - who died yesterday in a foreign land having just finished working at something
in which she excelled.
