LSD with Li'l Prof
Distance: 3.13 miles
Time: 38:53
Pace: 12:25min/mile
Okay - so it was a bit long really - but we missed going out yesterday, and he started running with much better form as we went along.
Typical boy tough, wouldn't say that he was getting tired (think he thought that we'd stop, and he was enjoying spending some time simply on his own with me) Anyway - just wanted to show you guys this... 'cos it was really great

Running seems to be one of those things he can focus his attention on completely, and if he keeps it up, I think he'll run pretty well...
..and it is fantastically focused quality time to spend with him
:o)
Just need to work out now how to focus his mind on other stuff - like school work.. Something that I, and his Mum, are a little concerned about!
