Tuesday

Dragged my sorry carcass out of the door early this afternoon for a gentle nearly 8 miles with Karen..
Slightly worried about the upper outer part of my left hamstring.. It doesn't hurt, but I can 'feel' it. It's most noticeable going uphill - which is a bit of a frustration - 'cos that's the thing I do best when I'm running.

Numbers..

  • Did you drag the carcass out or was it propelled out by application of a womble sized foot??? ;-)

Either way you got out which is the important thing.

  • ROFL !!!
Robert - The carcass was willingly dragged... and the Womble sized foot (still attached to requisite Womble) plodded along with me

    :o)

Am hoping that I don't have to return to Muscle Tweaking Meister, and that the Hamstring thing is just everything sorting itself out

  • Go by mine - makes the run FASTER

    :-D

By Blogger Leon, on 10 January, 2006 22:18

  • And longer!

  • hmmph, I'm beginning to think Garmin's are sexist (adding that to my TOTM fecking ranting as well!) Philip's said he'd done the same run a whole HALF MILE LONGER and a full min/mile faster. I can't work that one out seeing as he was BEHIND me the whole way!

    [grump]

    Glad you went out.

    :o)

  • Oh dear - Asynchronous Garmins..

..not good for peace and harmony...

I had thought about going out a second time Cath... but thought better of it in the end..

Probably run a long one tomorrow instead...
then go to Club for a potter with the 'Fast Boys'

    :o)
