My Legs Are Mine Again
It's true - the 'rock-calves' have finally calmed down and the aches and pains have subsided!! So does that mean I'll be out for a recovery run today..???
Maybe....
This is Children weekend..
I've just finished the 3rd of three weeks of Night Shifts..
and there is the small matter of 350 miles to drive today...
So SLEEP is the priority
followed by FOOD
packing..
and just maybe - if there's any time left - a little run too
Oh - and Mr Speedy's reaction to the affirmative answer to his - "..are we going to K's house this weekend..?" question...
was a gleeful "Cooooooooooooool...!!!"
How great is that..!!!!!!

Snippet from Saturday night....
Me: "Aah, isn't it nice and peaceful now they're all in bed? [Sips wine]"
Him: "Yes, isn't it?"
Small voice from upstairs: "DAD, CAN YOU GET THE CAT OUT OF MY BEDROOM?!"
