Don't buy Bread
Needed some yesterday - so trotted really gently to the shop (it's 2 minutes away)
And something went **TWEAK** on the inside my left ankle...in the area of my medial malleolus
Ouch wasn't the word - couldn't run - could limp a bit..
and any form of flexion/extension caused a 'bit' of discomfort!!
Then had to go to work for a Night Shift.... Hmmm
I'm hoping it's just a teeny little complaining tendon sheath or something - it's a lot better this morning - so a days sleep will hopefully sort it out!!!!
**tum-ti-tum**

Normal people would say "I've hurt my ankle"! And honestly, if you don't want to run round the New Forest on Sunday or go to see *those people* in the afternoon, you only have to say ;o)
You'll still have to go though!

Quick, everyone go out and buy bread. There's obviously going to be a shortage because why would anyone say "don't buy bread", so we all must buy buy buy.
Oops sorry got the wrong end of the stick. Hope yer ankle's OK Leon. Unlike my bloody thing.
