Don't buy Bread

Needed some yesterday - so trotted really gently to the shop (it's 2 minutes away)
And something went **TWEAK** on the inside my left ankle...in the area of my medial malleolus

Ouch wasn't the word - couldn't run - could limp a bit..
and any form of flexion/extension caused a 'bit' of discomfort!!

Then had to go to work for a Night Shift.... Hmmm

I'm hoping it's just a teeny little complaining tendon sheath or something - it's a lot better this morning - so a days sleep will hopefully sort it out!!!!

  • Normal people would say "I've hurt my ankle"! And honestly, if you don't want to run round the New Forest on Sunday or go to see *those people* in the afternoon, you only have to say ;o)
