OK - So I Didn't Run

Tidying up - and didn't realise the time. And I'm a bit tired so have sat and fiddled with my blog - and all the running stuff is back on the side bar again
Li'l Sis has been on the phone too and emailed me a picture of her after finishing FLM... Get this.... She's smiling and doesn't look like she's about to expire...


....definitely didn't run hard enough then...!!
